Steel stock-holding
Warde Steel stocks a wide range of steel products including reinforcing steel bars; coils and sheets: hot-rolled, cold rolled, and galvanized; plates; pipes and tubes; channels; beams; flat and square bars and other diverse products.
Cut to length
Our machines can straighten and cut 4 to 14 mm coils. Our standard bar lengths are 5 and 6m. Other lengths are available upon request.
Bending
There are five typical methods of bending currently used in industry today: rolling, incremental bending, hot bending, rotary-draw bending, and induction bending. Although ISF is generally very slow, it is of interest because no or only a simple and cheap tool is required, making the process ideal for small-series production.
Design
The engineering design process is a methodical series of steps that engineers use in creating functional products and processes. The process is highly iterative - parts of the process often need to be repeated many times before another can be entered - though the part(s) that get iterated and the number of such cycles in any given project may vary.
